2.  We will replace your item free of charge and take your case up with Royal Mail.
It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

3.  If an exact replacement is not possible a full refund will be made by cheque within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Love Sweet Inc. will not accept returned items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused. If you do not inform us within 7 working days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery.

 

 

1.  Because we are confident that you will absolutely adore anything you order with we offer you a 7 day return period.You are able to return any items witin 7 days of receipt of the item (excluding weekends).

2.  This 7 day window for returns applies to non-faulty items and items that get damaged in transit. Any items that are damaged in your care are non-refundable. 

3.  Any items that are undelieverable to your address are not eligible for a refund unless they are re-delievered first. The 7 day window for returns also applies to this instance.

4.  Any items that incurred a delivery charge will only be refunded for the cost of the item(s) and not the delivery charge.

5.  Please remember that international sales are not eligible for free returns. In additions international sales will only be refunded for the amount of the item and not postage charges.

6.  When returning goods we would ask that you follow the procedures below so that we can refund your payment as quickly as possible.

 

 

7.  When your jewellery arrives you will find enclosed a returns form that you need to fill out and send back to us with your item(s).

 

 

8.  In the unlikely event that your goods arrived damaged or are faulty you should send follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed and send it back with the damaged or faulty item(s).

 

 

9.   Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product (excluding weekends). In the first instance please follow the instructions on the returns form.

10. Please note that all refunds are at the discretion of Love Sweet Inc..

11. Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund, all should be finalized within 28 days.

12. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent).

13. After receiving the refund confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.

14. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address within 2 Working Days).

15. If you would like more information or not sure what to do regarding returns, refunds and cancellations, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

16.  Items returned outside the above guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

17.  When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Love Sweet Inc. will arrange for an exchange. The decision made by Love Sweet Inc. is final.

 

 

1.  Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, Love Sweet Jewellery reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price or correct description. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.

2.  Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, the Company also reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.
